A comment is a message conveyed between one notification recipient and the recipient's managers. It does not display to other recipients of the same notification (unlike tips, which are available to other users).
To create a comment:
Open the Create Comment dialog box:
If you are the recipient, from the Inbox, select the notification, display the comments, and click Add Comment.
If you are a manager, from the Manage folder, select the notification and click .
In the Comment box, type the text of your comment.
When you are done, click Finish.
