From the Configuration Expert menu, choose File->New from the menu bar to create a new application.
Name this application simpapp
, and choose a location where the files will be generated. If your machine is able to run TUXEDO servers, you can select the directory where you have compiled your simpapp
server:
The application properties dialog pops up, with default values for the application parameters. The values provided in this dialog are usable by default, and you should not have to change anything. If you select the Environment tab, you can see where the Configuration Expert will expect to get some input (the server list files), and where it will generate its output. You should copy the iservers.lst
file from the Configuration Expert location to the corresponding location.
When you click OK on the application properties dialog, the Configuration Expert window should look like this:
If the default application property values are used, a warning dialog box appears on the screen declaring that the gservers.lst
file cannot be found; click OK.
