	IPTFolder.AddUserAsRelatedExpert Method

Adds the current user as a Related Expert on this Folder. The current user must have the PT_ACTIVITY_RIGHT_SELFSELECTING_EXPERTS activity right as well as SELECT rights on the Folder.
