As more platforms are supported, additional upgrade paths to the new supported
platforms will be included.
AquaLogic Pathways 1.0 MP1 currently supports upgrade directly from AquaLogic Pathways 1.0.
- Tag associations are not listed in alphabetical order in the Tag Administration interface. (Issue #60943)
- Application administrators are not notified of unsaved changes when navigating away from the Tag Administration page. (Issue #60947)
- Security assignments are displayed in the server locale within the administration interface. (Issue #60952)
- Requests to preview an auto-tag rule do not utilize the portal's gateway. (Issue #61445)
- An auto-tag rule selecting all of the documents in a Knowledge Directory
folder will query all of the documents in all of the sub-folders as
well. (Issue #62293)
- Attempting to apply a string or property value whose
length exceeds 128 characters will cause the auto-tag rule to fail.
(Issue #62314)
- Executing the tag rebuild operation with a Pathways database will not remove the existing tags from the search index. Run the search repair agent within
the portal in order to remove the tags from the index. (Issue #62600)
- Auto-tag rules which filter on date properties fail to include any results. (Issue #62615)
- Long object names wrap in the auto-tagging object browser, making it difficult to distinguish them from the next entry. (Issue #62632)
- Pathways is unable to connect to the Search Service if the Search Service is not
started before the Pathways application. Restart the Pathways
application in order to establish the connection. (Issue #61525)
- The pathways_autotag_ext_op.pte on Solaris refers to PathwaysAutotag.bat instead of PathwaysAutotag.sh. (Issue #62209)
- The auto-tagging page generates errors in Logging Spy
identifying that the target cannot be internationalized. These errors
can be ignored. (Issue #61692)
- The application does not indicate that partial results are returned
if the only search server managing a partition is offline. (Issue
#60279)
- When a document has been copied to multiple folders in the
Knowledge Directory only the first folder is displayed in the result
set. (Issue #60562)
- The error message, "There are no active Search Servers." is not localized. (Issue #61859)
- Searching for "tag:" without appending a tag sometimes causes
the application to generate an invalid query response or return a
message indicating that "the search has taken took too long". (Issue
#62357)
- Underscores are removed from property names when executing a
parameterized search (e.g. email_address becomes emailaddress). If
another property exists without the underscore the items matching both
properties are displayed in the result set. (Issue #62372)
- Document views directly from Collaboration email notifications are not included in ActivityRank calculations. (Issue #60084)
- The administration UI may intermittently display
information that is out of date due to caching. Logging out and then
back in again should mitigate this situation. (Issue #57814)
- Properties displayed in the auto-tagging interface are not
filtered by the portal object type displayed in the browser. (Issue
#58096)
- All of the roles including the Administrator role can be
deleted from the application using the administrative interface. This
will effectively disable access to Pathways for all users. If this
occurs the Pathways records must be deleted from the PTAPPLICATIONS and
PTCAPABILITIES Security and Directory Service (SDS) tables and the Pathways application
must be restarted. (Issue #60029)
- Initiating a full rebuild of the ActivityRanks using
Internet Explorer 6 causes the calendar to appear in the Rank Factors
Schedule and Status page. (Issue #60926)
- The tag associations table incorrectly shows "Page 1 of 0" when no associations are present. (Issue #60945)
- Selecting
a date within the Rank Factors Schedule and Status date and time picker
causes the picker to close. The picker must be reopened to modify the
time. (Issue #61026)
- Caching of security sessions can allow a user to continue
to make modifications within Pathways administration after that user
account has been deleted from the portal. (Issue #62325)
- Objects with extremely long names cause display issues in the auto-tagging preview window. (Issue #62384)
- If multiple users are modifying Pathways security, the Security and
Directory Service will allow updates to overwrite other concurrent
updates. (Issue #62630)
- Resizing the browser window while making adjustments on the Rank
Factors or General page may cause the sliders to be misaligned with the
page. Refresh the page after resizing to return the sliders to the
proper position. (Issue #62631)
- Group names are displayed in the server locale when modifying a previously saved view. (Issue #61861)
- Users deleted from the portal are not automatically removed as members or
subscribers to a view. In order to address this issue, the view must be
recreated or the users must be manually removed from the database.
(Issue #62520)
- Searches within custom views containing a large number of users may perform poorly. (Issue #62639)
- Stopping the Security service results in an exception in the wrapper.log file. (Issue #59223)
- Stopping the Search Service results in a services error on Windows. (Issue #62629)
- The Search Service is CPU intensive. It is recommended that the Search Service be installed on its own server. (Issue #62641)
- The installer does not generate an error if installed on a drive with insufficient space. (Issue #60641)
- Installing the Analytics Event for Pathways more than once
on the Analytics server disables the Rank Engine's ability to query
user profile views. The custom Analytics event must be manually removed
in order to recover the ability. (Issue #62063)
- The Pathways installer does not indicate if an invalid value is entered for the Configuration Manager port. (Issue #62169)
- The link to open the Configuration Manager within the Launch Configuration
Manager installer panel does not open the browser on Solaris. (Issue
#62279)
- The Cancel button within the Launch Configuration Manager
and Application Settings Confirmation installer panels is active.
Selecting this button will not have any effect on the installation
process as it is already completed. (Issue #62460)
- Attempting to restart the portal before the Pathways
installer has completed will cause the portal startup to fail when both
applications are on the same server. (Issue #62477)
- Customers who have upgraded from Plumtree Corporate Portal
4.5 to AquaLogic Interaction 6.1 MP1 may notice that some Knowledge
Directory cards cannot be re-indexed. Instead the portal generates
the following message in the UI:
“Error in function PTCard.Store (): -2147204349 - A card
serialization error caused card storage to fail: error committing
single card:com.plumtree.server.marshalers.PTException: -2147467259 -
Unrecoverable error while committing bulk card import"
PTSpy will show the following:
“com.plumtree.server.impl.directory.PTCardPropertyValues Error
in function PTCardPropertyValues.Add (nPropertyID == 109):-2147024809 -
Duplicate entry found.com.plumtree.server.marshalers.PTException:
-2147024809 - Duplicate entry
found.com.plumtree.server.marshalers.PTException: -2147024809 -
Duplicate entry found.“
Refer to KB Article DA_432374 in order to address this issue. (Issue #62259)
- Publisher items do not appear in search results for
customers who originally installed Publisher 6.2 or above. Run the
following SQL statement on the portal database to resolve this
situation:
"UPDATE PTSERVERCONFIG SET VALUE = 1 WHERE SETTINGID = 70" (Issue #62419)
- Properties whose values begin with a special character are incorrectly sorted within expert result sets. (Issue #62532)
- Users belonging to a large number of Collaboration
projects may see a decrease in search performance when Collaboration
items are selected within the Pathways preferences page. (Issue #62640)
- Wildcards are not supported in parameterized searches. (Issue #62643)
