Edge Server Administration Console Online Help

Delete readers


Once a RFID reader is created and deployed for an Edge Server, it can be removed if it is no longer required.

To remove a reader from the selected Edge Server:

  1. In the left pane of the Console, expand the node for an Edge Server and click Readers.
  2. Select the radio button next to the reader you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete this device from the Edge Server.

Result

The reader is removed from the Edge Server.
