Configure workflow modules


Workflow modules are user-configurable building blocks used to create workflows. A workflow module takes input messages (event cycle reports or output from other modules), and emits workflow messages according to embedded business logic. You configure workflows by configuring workflow modules and connecting them together. Workflow modules are connected to one another by referring to the name of the next module in the workflow.

To define a workflow module:

  1. In the left pane of the Console, expand the node for an Edge Server and click Workflow Modules.

    The Workflow Modules page lists workflow modules that are configured for the Edge Server.

  2. Click New.
  3. Select the Workflow Type you want to configure and click Next.
  4. Fill in workflow-specific properties and click OK.
