Query Subscription Administration Console Online Help

Copy query subscriptions


You can make a copy of an active query subscription. (Copying a subscription saves time when you want to create a subscription that is similar to one you have.)

To copy a query subscription:

  1. In the left pane of the Console, click Query Subscription Administration.
  2. In the Active Subscriptions table, select the check box next to the subscription ID you want to copy.
  3. Click Copy.

    The Console creates a copy of the subscription and opens the General Subscription Information page for the copied subscription.
  4. (Optional) On the General Subscription Information page, edit the subscription ID of the copy.

    The default subscription ID for a copy is the original subscription ID with the string CopyOf_ prepended to it:

    CopyOf_original_subscription_ID
  5. Click Next.
  6. For the remaining steps, see Create query subscriptions.
