Logon Window

You get the Logon Window when you choose either File->Open Repository or File->Open Workstation from the menu bar to first open a view in a new session of Active Expert.

This window prompts you for your user name and passwords.

Fields

The following table explains the fields on this window.

Table 7-1 Logon Options

Field	Description
User Name	Enter the TUXEDO user name (limited to 30 characters or less).
Application Password	Enter the TUXEDO application password (limited to 32 characters or less).
User Password	Enter the TUXEDO user password (limited to 8 characters or less).

Description

You need to log on only once per session. The initial session logon gives you access privileges to the repository for both workstation and local views.

Buttons

When you have filled in the fields, click OK to close the window and log on. (Or click Cancel to close the window without logging on.)
