Fpres() is used to detect if a given occurrence, oc, of a specified field, fieldid, exists in the buffer pointed to by fbfr.
Fpres32 is used with 32-bit FML.
Fpres() returns true (1) if the specified occurrence exists and false (0) otherwise.
