View Published Items Only in a Library Services-Enabled Repository

You can customize your view of the Content Repository when you have Library Services enabled. You can choose to view only published content items. When you view only published items, items that do not have current Published status are hidden from view.

To view published items only:

1. In the Browse & Edit Content Resource tree, select the Content Repository tab.
2. Mark the Hide In Progress Content checkbox.
