Primary session was removed during our attempt to retrieve secondary information from the session in the local server for the session: roid.
Cause
The load balancer or plug-in is not maintaining the session stickiness to the primary server. This could be due to incorrect configuration of the load balancer or the plug-in or overloading the cluster nodes.
Action
Ensure the load balancer or plug-in always sends the request to the primary node in the cluster if the session is already established and primary node is available. Ensure that KeepAlive is set, so the load balancer or plug-in will not create too many connections to the cluster nodes. Proper load testing would tell if your system is getting over loaded, if that is the case you will have to add resources to allow the nodes in the cluster to handle that load or increase the number of nodes to reduce the potential for incorrect failovers that happen due to lack of response or due to refusal for connections by the overloaded nodes.
