Monitor Store-and-Forward statistics


On the SAF Monitoring: Statistics tab, you can view run-time information for active SAF agents, remote endpoints and conversations.

  1. In the left pane of the console, expand Services > Messaging and select Store-and-Forward Agents.
  2. On the Summary of Store-and-Forward Agents page, select the SAF agent that you want to monitor.
  3. Click the Monitoring > Statistics tab to display the monitoring links for monitoring SAF agents, remote endpoints and conversations.

    A table displays statistics for all active SAF agents for the domain. For troubleshooting purposes, run-time message activity can be temporarily paused on any or all destinations. Simply select a destination(s), and then click either the Incoming, Forwarding, or Receiving button above the table to select a Pause or Resume operation. The table then reflects the destination's new "paused" or "non-paused" state.
