Delete a J2EE library

When you delete a J2EE library, Weblogic Server no longer has any knowledge of it and you can obviously no longer start it. If you need to deploy and start the library again, you must re-install it.

To delete a J2EE library:

  1. If you have not already done so, in the Change Center of the Administration Console, click Lock & Edit (see Use the Change Center).
  2. In the left pane of the Console, click Deployments. A table in the right pane displays the installed applications, modules and J2EE libraries. J2EE libraries are specified with the Library entry in the Type column.
  3. In the table, locate the J2EE library you want to delete.
  4. Check the box to the far right of the library.
  5. Click the Delete button at the top of the Deployments table.
  6. Click Yes to confirm your decision.
  7. To activate these changes, in the Change Center of the Administration Console, click Activate Changes.
Not all changes take effect immediately—some require a restart (see Use the Change Center).
