Starting Your Business Process

This section describes how to design the first node in your business process (the Start node) to represent the starting point of a business process.

A business process can be started as a result of receiving a request from a client, as the result of receiving a message from a Message Broker channel to which the business process is subscribed (a business process can subscribe to channels to receive events from for example: File event generators, JMS event generators, and Timer Event Generators), and by a choice of one of several events.
