This dialog is used to run or debug a web application. When you choose Run As > Run on Server or Debug As > Debug on Server, the following dialog is displayed. If you have already defined a server configuration, the radio button Choose an existing server will be enabled. If the server is not yet defined, the dialog will appear as shown below.
