You can configure Siebel CRM to combine data from multiple business components into a single task view step. A task can include more than one applet, so the user does not need to worry about boundaries between business components. Example of the Mixed View TechniqueA view displays a list of items in an order and asks if the user must add a new item. Siebel CRM uses a single applet to display the list of ordered items according to the Order Item business component. A second applet includes the following items:
