Contacts


Click the Contacts menu item to navigate to one of the following, based upon whether or not you have someone in session. For more information on sessions, see Querying for Session Information.

  • With a contact in session the system navigates you to the summary view for that contact.
  • With no contact in session the system navigates you to the search view.
