Adding Records to Siebel CRC


You can add records through the Action drop-down list or by clicking the New button available on some of the customer session view tabs.

Valid actions are:

  • Add a Service Request
  • Add an Activity
  • Add a Referral
  • Add a Prospect

The New button is available on the following session tabs within a customer session:

  • SRs (Service Requests)
  • Activities
  • Alerts
