Generating Reports for Planned and Completed Clinical Subject Visit Dates

This topic describes how to generate the preconfigured Planned vs Actual Patient Dates BI Publisher report, which lists the planned and completed subject visit dates for a site.

To generate a report for planned and completed clinical subject visit dates

1. Navigate to the Site Management screen.
2. In the Protocol Site List view, drill down on the Site number (#) of the site for which you want to generate a BI Publisher report.
3. On the application toolbar, click the Reports icon.
4. From the BI Publisher section of the Reports menu, select Planned vs Actual Patient Dates.
5. In the Output Type dialog box, select the output format, and click Submit.
