Creating Contact and Account Assessment Templates

The purpose of the assessment is to determine a single total score or a percentage that can be used to rank a contact or account.

To create an assessment template

• Follow the procedure for creating an assessment template in the Siebel Applications Administration Guide. For contact assessment templates, make sure to set the template type to Contact. For account assessment templates, make sure to set the template type to Account.
