Associating Accounts with a Clinical Trial Site Contract

This topic describes how to associate accounts with a clinical trial site contract. Multiple accounts can be associated with a clinical trial site contract. Accounts are associated with a contract by adding them to the selected list in the Accounts MVG. One account must be set as the primary account. The first account added to the Accounts MVG is set as the primary account by default. The primary account can be changed by setting the Primary flag in the Accounts MVG.

To associate an account with a clinical trial site contract

1. Navigate to the Site Management screen, then the Protocol Site List view.
2. Drill down on the Site number (#) of the required site.
3. Click the Contracts tab.
4. Select the Account field to display the Account MVG.
5. Click Show Available to list all available accounts.
6. Select an account to be associated with the contract, and click Add.
7. Click Show Selected to display all accounts that have been associated with the site contract.

   The first account that was associated with the contract is set as the primary account by default.

8. Configure the primary account for the site contract by setting the Primary flag, and click OK.
