Viewing Universal Inbox Notifications for Clinical Trip Report Action Items


The Inbox provides a centralized list of items requiring your attention, such as clinical trip reports requiring review, revision, and approval.

To view Universal Inbox notifications for clinical trip report action items

  1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate, then Site Map.
  2. Click Inbox.
  3. The Site Map displays the views available for the Inbox.
  4. Click Inbox Items List.

    The list of notifications for your trip reports is displayed. The action required for each trip report is listed in the Name column.

  5. Drill down on the Name hyperlink to view each trip report requiring action.
