Generating BI Publisher Reports for Clinical Site Visits

Siebel Clinical can be integrated with Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BI Publisher) for generating reports. You can generate, view, and schedule preconfigured BI Publisher reports in Siebel Clinical. The following preconfigured reports are provided for clinical site visits:

• Clinical Trip Report With CRF
• Clinical Trip Report Without CRF

To generate a BI Publisher report for a clinical site visit

1. Navigate to the Site Visits screen, and then the Clinical Site Visits List view.
2. In the Clinical Site Visits List view, drill down on the Visit Start date of the site visit for which you want to generate a BI Publisher report.
3. Click Reports.
4. From the BI Publisher section of the Reports menu, select one of the following preconfigured reports:
   • Clinical Trip Report With CRF
   • Clinical Trip Report Without CRF
5. The Trip Report view for the selected site visit is displayed.
6. In the Output Type dialog box, select the output format.
7. Click Submit.

   The report opens in a new browser window.
