Completing a Clinical Trip Report Questionnaire

This topic describes how to complete a clinical trip report questionnaire. The questionnaire is launched in the SmartScript player from the Trip Report Questions applet. Questions and responses are saved in the Questions applet.

To complete a clinical trip report questionnaire

1. Navigate to the Site Visits screen, and then the Clinical Site Visits List view.
2. In the Clinical Site Visits List view, drill down on the Visit Start date of the site visit for the required trip report.

   The Trip Report view for the selected site visit is displayed.

3. Select the Questions tab.
4. Select Answer to launch the trip report questionnaire in the SmartScript player.
5. Complete the questionnaire and click Finish, or Finish Later.

   The responses are saved with the questions in the Questions applet. You can filter questions as follows:

   • To display only those questions that have been answered, select Show Answered
   • To display all questions in the trip report questionnaire, select Show All.
