Siebel Chat Guide > Customizing Siebel Chat > Customizing the Siebel Chat User Interface > Configuring Siebel Chat Dashboard FieldsYou can configure the following fields for the chat dashboard: Area, Subarea, Product, Summary (or Problem). To add, remove, or modify chat dashboard fields, you must configure the DashboardFields control user property under the Chat Tab Applet in Siebel Tools. Because of the limited size of the chat pane, it is recommended that you configure up to a maximum of five or six fields for the chat dashboard.
