Modifying the Spelling Checker for Siebel Chat
Siebel Chat spelling checker has been enhanced allowing agents to set the language for the chat spelling checker using the RequestSiteID field. This allows agents to change the language for spelling checker at run time using the Change Language button on the text button bar or, if configured, the Change Language keyboard shortcut. After changing the language, agents can restore the default language mapping for the chat spelling checker if required. For more information, see the following topics:
