Extending Wrap-Up LOVs in Siebel Call Center for Siebel Chat


You can extend the wrap-up list of values (LOVs) in Siebel Call Center for Siebel Chat. Wrapping Up a Chat describes the wrap-up values that are set up by default for Siebel Chat. To add a new wrap-up LOV or modify an existing one, complete the steps in the following procedure. For more information about LOVs, see Siebel Applications Administration Guide.

Use the following procedure to extend wrap-up LOVs in Siebel Call Center for Siebel Chat. This task is a step in Roadmap for Configuring Siebel Call Center for Siebel Chat.

To extend wrap-up LOVs in Siebel Call Center for Siebel Chat

  1. Navigate to the Administration - Data screen, then the List of Values view.
  2. Click New to create a new record, and:
    1. Enter the list-of-values type in the Type field, which can be one of the following:
      • WRAPUP_REASON
      • WRAPUP_OUTCOME
      • WRAPUP_FEEDBACK
    2. Enter a value in the Display Value field.
    3. Enter a value in the Language Independent Code field.
    4. If required, enter a number in the Order Field.

      Alternatively, query for the list-of-value type, then edit the fields as required.
