Adding or Updating Product Line Items for an Order


Complete the following procedure to add or update line items for an order.

To add or update product line items for an order

  1. Tap Orders on the application banner to display the Orders list.
  2. Tap an record in the Orders list.

    All details for the selected order record are displayed in the work area.

  3. Update an existing product line item as follows:
    1. Tap the line item's field, and update accordingly.

      You can edit the following fields: Product, Qty, List Price, or Disc percent (%).

      You can filter the records displayed in the line item list as follows:

      • Tap Product, then choose one of the following options to filter the list: Qty, Disc percent (%), or Product.
      • Tap the Search bar, enter a search string, and then tap Go.
    2. Tap Save when finished.
  4. Add a new product line item for the order as follows:
    1. Tap the plus (+) icon in the Line Item list.
    2. Enter the information for the new line item on the page that opens.
    3. Tap Save when finished.
