Reviewing or Changing Affiliation Information for a Contact


You can review and change the affiliated account information for a contact. One reason to establish affiliations is for call-reporting purposes. Affiliations between accounts and contacts can also be established by using Accounts.

To review or change the affiliation information for a contact

  1. Tap Contacts on the application banner to display the Contacts list.
  2. Tap a contact in the list.

    All contact details for the selected contact are displayed in the work area.

  3. To review or change the affiliated account information for the contact, tap Affiliations.
  4. On the Affiliations page that opens, review and update the information as required.
    • Tap Edit to edit an existing affiliated account.
    • Tap the plus (+) icon to add a new affiliated account:
      • Specify the Account Type for the account. This is a required field.
      • Specify a Start Date. This is a required field.
      • Tap Save to save the affiliated account information.
