Displaying Contact Details for Siebel Sales

You can display contact details by using the Contact list.

To display contact details

1. Tap Contacts in the application banner to display the Contacts list.
2. Tap a contact in the list.

   All contact details for the selected contact are displayed in the work area. The contact details include the information shown in the following table.

   Item	Description
   Menu button	The following options are available when you tap the Menu button: About Record, Record Count, and Create Bookmark. For more information about using the Menu button, see Menu Button.
   New button	Use this button to create a new contact. For more information, see Adding or Updating Contacts.
   Edit button	Use this button to edit the contact details. For more information, see Adding or Updating Contacts
   Contact Information	Includes information about the contact, such as the contact name, phone number, and email.
   Related lists	Each account can be linked to multiple opportunities and addresses. The following related lists are available for contacts: Opportunities. Shows the opportunities for the contact. If required, tap Opportunities to add a new opportunity. For more information, see Adding or Updating Opportunities for a Contact. Contact Team. Shows the contact team for the contact. If required, tap Contact Team to add a new position to the contact team. For more information, see Adding Contact Team Information for a Contact. Addresses. Shows the address information for the contact. If required, tap Addresses to add a new contact address. For more information, see Adding or Updating Addresses for a Contact.
