Displaying Accounts


You can display account details by using the Accounts list.

To display accounts

  1. Tap Accounts on the application banner to display the Accounts list.
  2. Tap an account in the list.

    All account details for the selected account are displayed in the work area. The account details include the information shown in the following table.

    Menu button

    The following options are available when you tap the Menu button: About Record, Record Count, and Create Bookmark. For more information about using the Menu button, see Menu Button.

    New button

    Use this button to create a new account. For more information, see Adding or Updating Accounts.

    Edit button

    Use this button to edit the account details. For more information, see Adding or Updating Accounts.

    Account Information

    Includes information about the account, such as the account name, account type, and status.

    Related lists

    Each account can be linked to multiple contacts, opportunities, activities, and addresses. The following related lists are available for accounts:
