Displaying Quote Details

You can display quote details by using the Quotes list.

To display quote details

1. Tap Quotes in the application banner to display the Quotes list.
2. Tap a quote in the list.

   All quote details for the selected quote are displayed in the work area. The quote details include the information shown in the following table.

   Item	Description
   Menu button	The following options are available when you tap the Menu button: About Record, Record Count, and Create Bookmark. For more information about using the Menu button, see Menu Button.
   New button	Use this button to create a new quote. For more information, see Adding or Updating Quotes.
   Edit button	Use this button to edit the quote details. For more information, see Adding or Updating Quotes.
   Quote Information	Includes information about the quote, such as the quote name and quote number.
   Related lists	Each quote can be linked to multiple orders and quote items. The following related lists are available for quotes: Quote Item. Shows the quote items linked to the quotes. If required, tap Quotes Items to add a new quote item. For more information, see Adding or Updating Quote Items for a Quote. Orders. Shows the orders linked to the quote. If required, tap Orders to add a new order. For more information, see Adding or Updating Orders for a Quote and Creating Orders Using the Auto Order Button. Quote Team. Shows the quote team linked to the quote. If required, tap Quote Team to add a new position to the quote team. For more information, see Adding or Updating Quote Team Information for a Quote.
