Displaying Activities Details


You can display activities details by using the Activities list.

To display activity details

  1. Tap Activities in the application banner to display the activities list.
  2. Tap an activity in the list.

    All activity details for the selected activity are displayed in the work area. The activity details include the information shown in the following table.

    Menu button

    The following options are available when you tap the Menu button: About Record, Record Count, and Create Bookmark. For more information about using the Menu button, see Menu Button.

    New button

    Use this button to create a new activity. For more information, see Adding or Updating Activities.

    Edit button

    Use this button to edit the activity details. For more information, see Adding or Updating Activities.

    Activity Information

    Includes information about the activity, such as the owner name, priority, and end date.

    Related lists

    Each activity can be linked to multiple contacts and employees. The following related lists are available for activities:
