Adding or Updating Opportunities for an Account
Complete the following procedure to add or update Opportunities for an account. To add or update opportunities for an account
- Tap Accounts on the application banner to display the Accounts list.
- Tap an account in the list.
All account details for the selected account are displayed in the work area.
- Create a new account opportunity as follows:
- Tap Opportunities in the work area, then the plus (+) icon.
- Enter the information for the new Opportunities on the New Opportunities page.
The following fields are required and must be completed when adding new opportunities: Name, Close Date, and Opportunity Currency.
- Tap Save when finished.
- Update an existing opportunity as follows:
- Tap Opportunities in the work area, and then tap the opportunity that you want to update.
- Tap Edit, and update the opportunity information as required.
- Tap Save when finished.
