Making Sure That All Remaining Steps Are Completed


Make sure that all sure that all remaining steps are completed before leaving the customer location.

To make sure that all remaining steps are completed

  1. Select the record in the Activities list.
  2. Tap Steps in the work area.
  3. Make sure that all steps have their Done field checked.
