Generating an Invoice for the Activity


Before leaving the customer site, generate an invoice.

To generate an invoice

  1. Select the record in the Activities list.
  2. Tap Invoices in the work area.
  3. In the work area, tap Auto Invoice.

    A record is inserted in the list.

  4. To display the invoice line items, tap Invoice number (#).
  5. If required, tap an invoice line item to display the Invoice Line Item details for that record.
  6. In the Activities Invoices Work area, Tap Sign.

    The Invoice Signature View appears.

  7. Select a contact.
  8. Capture the signature, and tap Save.
