Generating an Invoice for the Activity
Before leaving the customer site, generate an invoice. To generate an invoice
- Select the record in the Activities list.
- Tap Invoices in the work area.
- In the work area, tap Auto Invoice.
A record is inserted in the list.
- To display the invoice line items, tap Invoice number (#).
- If required, tap an invoice line item to display the Invoice Line Item details for that record.
- In the Activities Invoices Work area, Tap Sign.
The Invoice Signature View appears.
- Select a contact.
- Capture the signature, and tap Save.
