Adding an Activity


You can add an activity to an existing service request or add a miscellaneous activity, such as making a bank deposit or taking a truck in for servicing, which is not associated with a particular account.

To add an activity to a service request

  1. Tap Service Reqs on the application banner.
  2. Select a record in the Service Reqs list.
  3. Tap Activities in the work area.
  4. Tap the New (+) icon.

    The New Activity form appears.

  5. In the Type menu, choose an activity.
  6. Complete the remaining fields, and then tap Save.

Adding a Miscellaneous Activity

The following procedure shows you how to add a miscellaneous activity.

To add a miscellaneous activity

  1. Tap Activities on the application banner.
  2. Tap the New (+) icon.

    The New Activity form appears.

  3. In the Type menu, choose an activity.

    For example, Appointment, Administration, Call-Inbound, In Store Visit, Meeting, and so on.

  4. Select a service request number from the SR number (#) drop-down list.
  5. Select an account from the Account drop-down list.
  6. Enter any text in the Comments field.
  7. Tap Save.
