Searching for Records
The following procedure shows you how to search for records in Siebel Mobile applications. By default, all searches are performed on the Name field. However, you can choose to filter your search for a different field as required. To search for records
- Tap the Search bar.
- If required, select a field to filter your search by tapping Name, and then choosing a different field.
For example, if you are searching the Calls list, then you can filter the Name, Status, Type, Address, and Start Date. If you are searching the Accounts list, then you can filter the Name, Site, Address, and Account Type.
- Enter a search string, and then tap Go.
All records containing the search string are returned.
