Accessing Price Comparisons (End User)

The Price Comparison feature can be made available through the following applications:

• Siebel Energy allows end users, usually customer service representatives at a call center, to access the Price Comparison feature through the Opportunities screen. For more information, see Generating a Price Comparison (End User).
