About the Preventive Maintenance Engine


When a trigger occurs, the Preventive Maintenance Engine creates a service request. Activities are created in following ways:

NOTE:  Administrators add activities to activity templates in the Service Details view in the Activity Templates view of the Administration - Data screen. For more information, see Creating Activity Templates.
