Setting Up Activity Templates
The QA and technical publications teams can access activity templates. An activity template contains multiple predefined activities to associate with a release item. Users can use these templates instead of manually entering each activity, and these templates help to standardize activities for groups or teams. If user teams need activity templates, then create the templates before anyone uses Release Manager. For more information about how to create activity templates and add activities to these templates, see Process of Administering Service Activities. This task is a step in Process of Administering Release Manager.
