Copying Records

If a significant amount of data in a new record you want to add is similar to the data in an existing record, then you can copy the existing record, and then modify the copy to create the new record.

To copy a record

1. Find and select the record you want to copy.
2. Click the menu button, and then click Copy Record.

   A new record with copied data appears.

3. Change the fields in the new record as needed, and step off the record to save your changes.
