Indicating Which Products to Audit in Siebel Consumer Goods Handheld Applications


Use the Siebel Web Client to set up which products will be audited by Siebel Consumer Goods Handheld.

To indicate which products to audit

  1. Navigate to the Accounts screen, then the Accounts List view.
  2. In the Accounts list, select an account.
  3. Click the Merchandising Location view tab, then navigate to the Products secondary view.
  4. In the Products list mark the Retail Audit check box for each product that can be ordered by the selected account.

    If the Retail Audit column is not displayed, click the list menu button and select Columns Displayed to add the Retail Audit column to the Displayed Columns list.

    Repeat Steps 3-5 for each merchandising location.
