Specifying Best Times to Call Accounts in Siebel Pharma Handheld


Use the Best Times to Call view to specify appropriate time periods for account calls.

To specify best times to call accounts

  1. Navigate to the Accounts screen.

    The My Accounts list appears.

  2. Select an account, then from the View drop-down list, select History.
  3. Tap on the Best Times tab and on the toolbar, tap the New Record button.
  4. Complete the necessary fields for the new record. Some of the fields are described in the following table.

    Comments

    Start Day

    Indicates the days that the contact is available for a call.

    Start Time

    Indicates the time that the contact is available for a call.

    End time

    Indicates end of available time period.

    Comments

    Text field for schedule information.
