End User Error Messages

In addition to errors found in the siebel_log.txt file, you might receive a Transaction Errors Reported message during synchronization. These errors are logged in TXNError.hh. The message appears on the handheld device in the Syncmanager Status box. You can double-click the message at any time to see the errors. You can set the following settings in setup.ini:

  • TXNErrorLevel = 0 (no log information)
  • TXNErrorLevel = 1 (report txn errors in the client)
