Recording Request for Change Records Details
Agents complete request for change details to determine the necessary categories and times of when changes will occur. In addition, they enter descriptions and the systems and subsystems the request for change will impact. To record request for change details
- Navigate to the Change Management screen > Request for Change view.
- In the Request for Change list, create a new record and complete the necessary fields.
