 Now that the products and attributes have been created successfully, you can proceed to create the assets.  To create assets 
Navigate to the Assets - HelpDesk view.
In the Assets - HelpDesk list, create a new record and complete the necessary fields.
Some fields are described in the following table.

    | Product | Click the select button in the Product field to fill in the product, for example hard drive. |  
    | Asset Category | For example, Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Server, and so on. |  
    | Status | For example, Prototype, Evaluation, Installed, and so on. |  
    | Asset # | This field is filled in automatically. |  |
