Setting Encryption on the Local Database Password for a Developer

Password encryption interferes with project checkin and checkout. If the developer checks projects in and out, then you must not use password encryption in the remote client.

To set encryption on the local database password for a developer

• When you run a database extract, do the following:
  • Set the following parameter to FALSE:

    Encrypt client Db password

  • Set the following parameter to none:
