Siebel Web Client Installer Workflow

The installer for Siebel Mobile Web Client and Developer Web Client does the following:

1. Checks the client computer to verify whether required components have already been installed.
2. Creates all of the required ODBC data sources.
3. Installs the Siebel Web Client software and specified Siebel language packs.
4. Creates Siebel application and utility shortcuts.
5. Writes data to installation log files.
6. Downloads the ActiveX controls used by the Siebel Web Client when deployed using high interactivity.
