Uninstalling the Siebel Management Server

This topic describes how to uninstall Siebel Management Server on a Microsoft Windows computer.

CAUTION:  Before you proceed with any uninstallation task, review all of the information in About Uninstalling Siebel Business Applications, particularly the requirements and limitations.

Uninstalling the Siebel Management Server

Use the following procedure to uninstall the Siebel Management Server in a full uninstallation.

To uninstall the Siebel Management Server

1. Navigate to Add or Remove Programs, and select the full uninstall option for Siebel Management Server.
2. Click Change/Remove.
3. Follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation.

Rolling Back the Siebel Management Server

Use the following procedure to uninstall the installed current release, Siebel CRM 8.1.1.11 or version 8.2.2.4, for the Siebel Management Server and revert to Siebel CRM version 8.1.1 or version 8.2.2.

To roll back the Siebel Management Server

1. Navigate to Add or Remove Programs, and select the maintenance release uninstall option for Siebel Management Server.
2. Click Change/Remove.
3. Follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation and rollback.
4. When the uninstallation and rollback process is complete, restart Siebel Management Server.
